The program

Gateway Pacific Wellness text updates is a text message program run by Gateway Pacific Wellness (Kate Manansala's massage and wellness practice in Honolulu).

What we text about

• Your appointments: confirmations, reminders and changes
• Your orders: payment, pickup and delivery updates
• Waitlist openings, when a seat opens up for you
• Replies to questions you send us

It's optional

Texts are optional. You opt in by ticking the SMS box (or turning on the SMS switch) when you create an account, book a session, finish setting up your account, join the waitlist or check out. The box is always unticked to start, and you can book or buy without it. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

Stopping and help

Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. After STOP you'll get one message confirming it, then no more texts.
