Terms of Service

GPWA is a wellness business in the Pacific Northwest offering meal prep, licensed mobile massage, essential oils, Tower Gardens, and related events and education.

This app is a tenant on the Multraverse.ai platform. Multraverse provides infrastructure (authentication, messaging, payments routing, storage, AI features) that powers parts of the experience. GPWA is the merchant of record and the party responsible for your account, bookings, orders, and support. Multraverse acts as a service provider to GPWA and is not a party to these Terms.

Your use of platform-powered features may also be subject to Multraverse's platform terms, available at multraverse.ai. If those terms conflict with these Terms for matters of infrastructure or platform availability, the platform terms control for those aspects.

• You must be 18+ to create an account or book services.
• Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away at hello@mygpwa.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

• Prices, availability, and service details are described at checkout or in your booking confirmation.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. Stripe). Their terms apply to the payment transaction itself.
• Cancellation and rescheduling policies are shown when you book. Please give as much notice as possible.
• Refunds for products and services are handled case-by-case — contact us and we'll make it right.

GPWA offers wellness services, food, and plant-based products. Nothing in the app is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical questions, allergies, pregnancy, or before changing diet, supplements, or exercise. Massage services are provided by licensed practitioners; please disclose health conditions before your session.

By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive transactional messages (account, booking, order). Marketing messages are opt-in. Reply STOP to any SMS to unsubscribe or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Message and data rates may apply.

You agree not to:

• Break the law or harm others while using the app.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you're not authorized to use.
• Interfere with the app's security, scrape it at scale, or introduce malware.
• Resell our content, products, or services without permission.

The app's content (text, images, logos, recipes, course material) is owned by GPWA or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

If you submit content to us (reviews, photos, messages), you grant GPWA a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it to operate and promote the business. You confirm you have the right to share it.

The app may link to third-party sites or use third-party services (payments, calendar, mapping). We aren't responsible for their content or practices. Their terms and privacy policies apply.

The app and our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPWA and Multraverse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app or our services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid GPWA in the 6 months before the claim, or (b) US $100.

You can stop using the app anytime and close your account by contacting us. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or where required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington, unless local consumer protection laws say otherwise.
